Project: Shell and Core extension and Refurbishment of 14,000sq. ft. Grand Edwardian house set over 7 floors including 2 basement levels, to the side (opposite to our project Orme Square 1) of a private square in Bayswater, W2. Currently in construction with a planned completion of early 2023.

Description: BOCCA, working closely with Brompton Cross Construction and their partner supply chain, designed new MEP services throughout this property to include high efficacy gas condensing boilers plant, MVHR ventilation, VRF Comfort Cooling, LTHW with UFH, domestic hot and cold water services including ablution services, sprinklers and electric systems throughout. Incoming statutory services were upgraded as necessary.
