Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout this development to 33 houses, set out through terraces and entrance buildings, and 17 apartments, within a single, multi-dwelling residential block. All properties were space and water heated using high efficacy gas condensing boilers plant, ventilated using AD Part F System 3 CME fans and new electric systems throughout. Coordination of site wide incoming services was conducted after applying and securing new statutory services quotes.
