Description: BOCCA designed at Performance Sketch level the new MEP services throughout this shell and core unit in coordination with the client, his interior designers and kitchen specialists. Kitchen supply and extract systems were carefully coordinated with the landlords acoustic and spatial base build constraints. New upgraded electrical supplies were arranged and secured through the local DNO.
