Carbonera Resort, Cuba

Project: The creation of a new holiday report in Cuba, consisting of a low-density development covering 170 hectares with Private Villas, 1–4 Bedroom Apartments and Conran Residences. The resort includes a Hotel & Spa, a Beach & Watersport Club, a Tennis Club, a championship 18 Hole Golf Course and use of the Yacht Club and its Marina.

Services: Feasibility study and outline design for electrical supplies in parallel with a trusted design partners energy strategy.

Description: BOCCA prepared initial electrical distribution, HV/LV substation placement to provide power to this new resort - as part of the study we liaised with a local energy supplier where the energy was developed through hydro-turbines in part.
