Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout for the creation of a single prime resident apartment within an existing red brick Victorian house over looking one of the premium Garden Squares in London. The project involved the redevelopment of 3 apartments into a single, 3,800 sq ft, apartment along with the construction of a new sub basement. MEP Services included wet underfloor heating, supplementary hot air heating via fan coil units served via VRF heat recovery system, providing comfort cooling as well. The design also included reconfigured incoming services, diverted and partially pumped foul and storm water drainage, high efficacy gas condensing boilers, MVHR heat recovery supply and extract systems and low energy feature lighting systems.
