Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout this property to include high efficacy gas condensing boilers plant, MVHR and purge ventilation, VRF Comfort Cooling, LTHW with UFH and radiators, domestic hot and cold water services, sprinklers and electric systems throughout to inform a planning application to a very sensitive, prime, residential area.
