Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout these two properties to include an all electric solution for space and water heating, including application for and securement of new incoming services for this brownfield site. We modelled several envelope, ventilation and heating solutions to ensure compliance with SADC requirements for 30% carbon savings over the current AD Part L. Heating was provided through air source heat pumps with a SCOP of 3.5, LTHW with UFH to ground floor levels and LST radiators to upper floors, domestic hot and cold water services and new LED lighting installations, electric car parking charging points and electric systems throughout.
