Project: Energy Strategy, Overheating Analysis and mitigation, and MEP Design to stage 2+ to an 8 level multi-dwelling mixed use development with 224 apartments (across 6 blocks), communal areas, shells for commercial use and underground car park, storage and a multi use sports building and home to Dulwich Hamlet Football Club. Planning Granted June 2021.

Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout this development to include centralised Ultra Low Temperature HW generation through an all-electric solution of ASHPs and PV collection, dual power supplies to life safety services, apartments served with MVHR or intermittent extract ventilation, UFH, domestic hot and cold-water services, sprinklers, and electrical systems throughout. Incoming statutory services were arranged and coordinated.
