Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout this development to include high efficacy boilers for space heating through radiator systems and water heating and cooling via VRF centralised heat pumps and fan coil units. Apartments served with background continuous MVHR supply and extract ventilation, domestic hot and cold-water services, separate ablution hot and cold water services, sprinklers, and electrical systems throughout. Upgraded incoming statutory services were arranged and coordinated, with extensive new underground drainage installations.
