Project: MEP Design to stage 2+ for an office to residential conversion of a former corner plot building with 14 apartments, rooftop penthouse and ground and basement level restaurant / café spaces within a brick and Portland stone envelope from the late 1990’s. Completed November 2021.

Description: BOCCA designed new MEP services throughout this development to include individual high efficacy gas boilers with centralised flues for space heating (through radiator systems) and water heating and cooling via VRF centralised heat pumps and fan coil units. New dual power supplies to life safety services, apartments served with background continuous extract ventilation, domestic hot and cold-water services, separate ablution hot and cold water services, sprinklers, and electrical systems throughout. Upgraded incoming statutory services were arranged and coordinated.
